Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact information (name, address, email, telephone), account and enquiry details, payment information (processed securely by our payment providers), and technical/usage information such as IP address, browser type and cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to provide and improve our services, process orders and enquiries, communicate with you, send marketing where you have consented, and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases include your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Website enquiries and data sheet requests

When you send an enquiry or request a data sheet we keep what you enter (name, email, company, phone, message), the page you sent it from, and your approximate town and country as supplied by our network provider. We do not store your IP address. We use this only to reply to you and keep a record of the enquiry.

Service providers we use

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, including its Turnstile check that stops automated spam. Enquiry emails are sent through Resend. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the site is used. These providers act on our instructions. See our cookie policy for the cookies involved.

Counting enquiry actions

We count when visitors tap our phone number or email address, download a document or send a form, so we know which pages help people get in touch. This count stores the page, the action and the country, but no cookie, IP address or anything that identifies you. Turn off counting on this device.

Sharing, security and your rights

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted providers such as payment processors and delivery couriers where necessary. You have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection under UK GDPR. To exercise any right, or to request removal of your data, email [email protected].
