What it does
Waxed cotton loses its wax over time through rain, wind and everyday wear, and the jacket stops keeping water out — most often at the seams, shoulders, elbows and creases. Re-waxing cream works back into the cotton to restore water resistance and a deeper, even colour, so a good jacket lasts for many more seasons.
